Our confidentiality promise
Your search is nobody's business but yours.
For an advisor, a leaked job search can cost relationships, bonuses and trust. That's why confidentiality isn't a feature of our process. It is our process.
Eight commitments
How we protect your identity at every step
Anonymous until you say otherwise
Firms see a blind profile: approximate book size, firm type, region and goals. Never your name, your current firm or anything that could identify you.
One firm at a time, with your consent
Your identity is revealed only to the specific firms you approve, one at a time. You can stop at any point.
Never through work channels
We contact you only on your personal phone and personal email, at the times you choose. Never your office line, work email or anything your employer can monitor.
Your current firm never hears from us
We never contact your current firm, branch manager or colleagues about you, and we never confirm or deny that you've spoken with us.
No client data. Ever.
We never ask for client names, account numbers, client lists or confidential employer records. Approximate figures are all we need.
Need-to-know access
Your inquiry is seen only by the recruiters working with you. It is never posted, sold or shared in a public listing or database.
Delete on request
Changed your mind? Ask us to delete your information and we will.
Confidential for firms, too
Hiring firms can run anonymous searches. We gauge advisor interest before naming your firm.
Anonymous process
Explore the market without anyone knowing it's you
We offer a fully anonymous process. Firms see a blind profile first: your book, your goals and your market, with no name and no current firm. You reveal yourself only when you're ready, and only to the firms you choose.
Blind profile
We share approximate details only: book size, firm type, region and what you want. No name, no firm.
Firms raise their hand
Interested firms tell us what they'd offer someone with your profile.
You decide who learns your name
Reveal yourself to one firm, several or none. Walking away costs you nothing.
Protect yourself, too
Simple habits that keep your search private
Our process is built for discretion. These habits close the gaps on your side.
- Use a personal email and phone, never work devices, accounts or Wi-Fi
- Take calls away from the office, outside work hours if you prefer
- Don't download or forward client lists, reports or firm documents
- Keep your LinkedIn activity unchanged until you've made a decision
- Tell as few people as possible, including colleagues you trust
- Have your own attorney review agreements before you resign
Ready to explore, quietly?
Start with a blind profile. Your name stays with us.
Will my current firm find out I'm talking to a recruiter?
Not from us. We never contact your current firm, never use your work email or office phone, and share a blind profile with other firms until you approve revealing your name.
What do firms see before I reveal my identity?
Only a blind profile with approximate, non-identifying details, such as book size range, firm type, region, team size and what you're looking for.
Should I use my work email or phone?
No. Please use a personal email address and personal phone number. Employers can often monitor work devices and accounts.
Can I ask you to delete my information?
Yes. Contact us at any time and we will delete your inquiry and contact details.
